All leagues for the 2012 Season will be held at two of the only Professional Beach Volleyball Facilities in the Long Island area:

1. Robert Moses Beach State Park (Suffolk County: East side of Parking Field 2). This Facility features: 18 Beach Courts, Music "all and every" Night, Barbecue Grills(charcoal)/BBQ area, Picnic Tables, Bathrooms, Shower and a Tetherball Court for the Kids.
   
   
2. Jones Beach State Park (Nassau County: Field 4 - at the Main Mall, just off the Boardwalk). This Facility features: 8 Lighted Beach Courts (allowing people who work late or in NYC, Queens, Eastern Long Island or Brooklyn to make it to the beach to play), Music "all and every" Night, Showers, Bathrooms, Boardwalk as well as a Playground and Miniature Golf Course for the Kids.

   LIVA offers leagues for Coed Recreational and Competitive 6 person teams at both the Robert Moses Beach Volleyball facility and Jones Beach Volleyball Facility Sunday through Thursday nights.
   Coed 4 person teams (competitive 4's only) are offered at Jones Beach Sunday through Thursday nights as well.
   Men's 4's and Coed 4 person teams (competitive 4's only) are offered at Robert Moses on Monday nights.
   
   

    

   2012 SCHEDULE UPDATE
   
   Please note, "for those you that play at Jones Beach" we are reverting back to our past years schedule with the exception of the 7:20PM time slot in order to get all the games in without delays and accommodate as many of our players as possible. Roughly, 40% of the teams liked the new schedule. 60% did not. As always, majority rules especially when most of the 60% are the teams that have been playing in LIVA's leagues 10+ years.

   The new schedule for Monday through Thursday Nights is 6:25PM, 7:20PM, 8:35PM and 9:30PM with only the 7:20PM time slot having 3 teams per court. The Sunday Night schedule will remain the same with start times of 6:15pm, 7:30pm and 8:45 having 3 teams per court.

   
   "Sunday Night - Singles Night"
   have been added to the Robert Moses & Jones Beach Schedule for 2012. These games will begin at 6:45 PM at Robert Moses & 6:15pm, 7:30pm and 8:45pm at Jones Beach.

   "Men's 4's League and Coed 4's League"
   Men's 4/3 person and Coed 4/3's person teams will be held on Monday nights at Robert Moses.
   
   Coed 4 person teams (competitive 4's only) are offered at Jones Beach Sunday through Thursday as well.
   

   "JV and Varsity High School teams are welcome to play in our leagues."

Robert Moses Beach State Park 2012 Schedule & Fees

Leagues start at 6:45 PM till Sunset. Please note, we understand some people work late so the forfeit time for the 1st game will be 7:00PM. Teams can check in and start playing as early as 6:30PM as well.

This Facility features:

Teams/Individuals choose the night and day you prefer to play as leagues are offered each night for recreational, intermediate and advanced teams/individuals. You will play the same night and day each week throughout each session.

ROBERT MOSES BEACH TEAM FEE: Co-ed 6-person teams are $475 per session/league.
Co-ed and Men's 4-person teams are $450 per session/league ($475 if playing in a 6's league).

Fees are based on 10 players for 6-person teams, 5 players for 4-person teams. $20 per additional player.

ALL PLAYERS must pay $20 dollars per player for Insurance/LIVA Membership Fee.

THE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FEE IS: is $100 + $20 (LIVA Membership/Insurance Fee). Total = $120 for a 6's or 4's team.

Jones Beach State Park Schedule & Fees

All Leagues at the Jones Beach State Park Beach Volleyball Facility are open
for both Recreational and Competitive Teams and Individuals on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Nights and start at 6:25pm, 7:20pm, 8:35pm and 9:30pm.

Sunday leagues start at 6:15pm, 7:30pm, and 8:45pm.
