Association Update

"JONES BEACH 2012 SCHEDULE CHANGE"

Please note, "for those you that play at Jones Beach" we are reverting back to our past years schedule with the exception of the 7:20PM time slot in order to get all the games in without delays and accommodate as many of our players as possible. Roughly, 40% of the teams liked the new schedule. 60% did not. As always, majority rules especially when most of the 60% are the teams that have been playing in LIVA's leagues 10+ years.

The new schedule will be Monday through Thursday (Sunday times will remain the same) 6:25PM, 7:20PM, 8:35PM and 9:30PM with only the 7:20PM time slot having 3 teams per court. New schedule will be posted on 02/01/2012.

LIVA's 2011 Make-A-Wish "Champions of the Beach" Tourney Results
We raised and donated $7,398.00 dollars to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Suffolk County this year despite the change of date due to the hurricane and the predicted "bad" weather for the day which turned out to be perfect.

Thanks to your continued support, LIVA has raised and donated a
total of $165,933.50 dollars to date (100% of your donations) to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. In addition, (the Make-A-Wish Foundation has given over 90% "on the books" of the above donation directly to make dreams come true for the Wish Kids).
